FLYCON BY EVENTBRITE | 2019
FlyCon by Eventbrite is an annual Eventbrite Music event that brings together the top independent venue owners, festival organizers, promoters, marketers, box office managers and talent buyers. I was part of a two-person creative team to design all deliverables for the event including personally designing the mobile app, an 80+ page marketing guide, various printed collateral, swag and signage.

App for attendees to easily pull up info about the agenda, speakers, sponsors, venue as well as receive push notifications for various upcoming events not to miss.
80+ page marketing guide that provided instructions for using Eventbrite on various platforms, visuals that both accompanied the step-by-step instructions and added to the visual interest on the pages, callout quotes, and case studies. This guide was used post-event as their marketing guide throughout the year.
Print Collateral: an agenda, welcome card with info to download the event app, feedback cards, donation cards, and "swag bucks" to spend on various swag items and charity organizations.
FlyCon Swag: pins, hats, sweatshirts, water bottles, posters, etc.
